World Cryo Services AS ("WCS", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit wcryoservices.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

## Who is responsible

World Cryo Services AS, Strandveien 28, 3530 Røyse, Norway, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

## What we collect and why

We only collect the personal data we need to answer enquiries, deliver our services and improve this website:

- Contact details and correspondence — when you email or call us, we process your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message to respond and to prepare quotes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).
- Website usage statistics — if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, how visitors find the site and which devices they use. This helps us improve the content and make it easier to get in touch. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Technical logs — our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of request to keep the site secure and running. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

## Google Analytics

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. It is only loaded after you accept analytics cookies; until then no analytics data is collected and no analytics cookies are set.

Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. The data we see is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google may process data in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google's standard contractual clauses. You can read more in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

## Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use one strictly necessary cookie to remember your cookie choice, and analytics cookies only if you accept them. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

## Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with service providers who process it on our behalf — such as our website hosting, email and analytics providers — under data processing agreements, or where required by law.

## How long we keep data

Correspondence and quotes are kept as long as needed for the business relationship and to meet accounting and legal obligations. Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months and then deleted automatically. Technical logs are deleted on a rolling basis.

## Your rights
